The cave town of Uplistsike is amazing but a challenging trek over uneven ground and lots of steps for us older folk! Don’t be put off however, it’s manageable with sensible footwear and a hat. Do bring your own bottled water though as none is provided. There is a cafe and restrooms close to the entrance and exit. The Stalin museum is very interesting.
